NHT, as part of it’s planned capacity expansion, and to meet increased demand from new and existing customers, has invested in aa additional new high speed SMT line. At the heart of this line is the Europlacer iineo 11 – 2 head high speed pick and place platform rated 26,300 cph. The iineo platform uses Europlacer’s unique Integrated IntelligenceTM, and introduces new technologies with linear motors and digital cameras.
The installation of the Europlacer iineo 11, combined with Sovtech automatic PCB stacker and conveyors, Speedprint large area Screen Print machine, and TSM 8 zone reflow oven will enable NHT to process bigger format PCB panels, increase capacity and further enhance NHT’s ability to place small footprint components with capability down to 01005 .
