Quality Standards BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 – The key to our ongoing success is our total commitment to the quality of our products and services we provide.  Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing an effective quality management system, ensuring these pledges are maintained to a very high standard. Investment & Training – We believe that continuous improvement of our people and processes is essential in providing our customers with a quality product and service. We run a continuous internal training program for electronic assembly, utilising the IPC J-STD-001D training and certification program.  We constantly invest time and money into process skills and new technologies to improve quality throughout our business.

RoHS (Removal of Hazardous Substances)– Northern Hi-Tec Ltd is fully committed to meeting the requirements of the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. We have invested in new plant and equipment to provide both leaded and lead-free soldering processes. All stock and ongoing material purchases have been reviewed to ensure compliance where necessary. We have worked with our customer base to determine their RoHS compliance requirements and can offer certification where required.

Environmental policy – As a company we are aware that our operation has an impact on the environment. Northern Hi-Tec Ltd is committed to reducing this impact and we aim to improve our use of consumables and utilities and ensure that our production processes become less harmful to the environment.
